Contrast Man Walkthrough, World 3 + Boss
Read the walkthrough for World 2 here.
In my final walkthrough, I'm gonna tell you how to beat World 3 and the boss of the game, Baron Gray! You'll need your game face on to beat these levels, so get ready, here we go!
Level 7
ANOTHER new enemy type?? Yep, these knight-like enemies are almost as fast as those spike-headed baddies in Level 6, but not quite. But the fact remains that they are pretty tough cookies, so don't forget to be smart whenever inside one of their gauntlets. As for this level, your two worst enemies are mistimed jumps and those knight enemies. If you've mastered the enemy and spike- jumping strategy I talked about in the last two walkthroughs, you shouldn't have much trouble.
Level 8
The screenshot shown here represents probably the hardest enemy gauntlet in the game, but I'll talk about that in a second. This level overall is pretty easy up to this point, and it's pretty easy afterward as well. The first enemy types (from Level 5) blend into the background in this level, making them harder to jump over. So a good way to avoid them is to jump over their lighter-gray eyes. SO without further ado, back to the screenshot area. If you go fast through the level, simply not stopping at the edge of this gauntlet and jumping over enemies and spikes as they come should keep you alive. Afterwards, a mere climb up spike-ridden steps to Baron Gray's secret castle (and the accompanying door) will beat the level.
Level 9
Gauntlets. Lots and lots of gauntlets. That's the best way to describe this level. The enemies in the boxes up top are only there to intimidate you, but there's plenty on the ground to do that as well. There's really no fool-proof strategy to beat this level (not that I can teach you here anyway), but if you're skilled enough you will prevail. When you reach the end, a gigantic door awaits you. It leads to Baron Gray's throne room, where you will face him in an epic boss level...
BOSS- Baron Gray
The level opens with a huge spike wall right behind you and Baron Gray running away from you to escape! So, chase after him.
A couple spike-headed enemies will come your way first, followed by a regular original baddie. If you stop between the spike-headed ones for a half-second then jump over the second one, you should avoid them fine. The enemy from Level 5 is a no-brainer. Just jump over him. Next is a series of spike patches, all of which should be jumped over at the last possible second to ensure non-impalement. Then you'll come to a hill with a spike pit in the middle. It's easy to get over, but an enemy gauntlet (shown on the screenshot) immediately follows. Jump over the enemy while it's coming at you, then jump over the two spikes to land on a flat space. Run flat-out across it without any worries, as the enemy can't catch you. If you've made good time, you should be able to catch Baron Gray right here. If not, there's still a fair amount of ground for the good Baron to be caught on. But catching him sooner than later would be nice, as this is what happens if you're not fast enough.
Yeah. Certain death.
If you catch him, Baron Gray's priceless surprised expression gives way to some groovy music, a bit of ending text, the credits and a mysterious, cryptic message. What does it mean? That's for you to find out.
So congratulations on beating Contrast Man! Care to go again?

In Part 2 I'll be showing you how to beat World 2 (WyteBlak) of Contrast Man. So buckle up and let's go!
Level 4
This level is basically like Level 3, albiet with more pits, spikes and generally, more deaths. If you're smart and use the spike-jumping tips I told you about in the World 1 walkthrough, you should finish this level fairly quick.
Level 5
The first thing you'll notice upon entering this level is the gray enemies moving back and forth between blocks. You cannot kill them by any means (in fact, you die if you touch them), so the only thing to do is jump over them and keep on going. The best way to jump over enemies is to wait on the side for them to come towards you. When they change directions, going away from you, run towards them and jump over the baddie when it comes time. This should work for almost all enemy types. For the first few enemy platforms (I'll call them "gauntlets" just for reference) you shouldn't have much trouble with avoiding them. However, later on there will be multiple enemies on each gauntlet! Use the same strategy I talked about earlier, with this one difference. Sometimes you should stop for a split-second between enemies, then jump over the next guy. It's hard to explain, but it basically keeps you from jumping into the enemy on the other side of the one you're currently facing. Anyway, the door is located at the end of a tough multi-enemy gauntlet.
Level 6
As you can see, another type of enemy appears in this level, with one eye and spikes on their head. They are faster than Contrast Man, therefore you cannot outrun them like you can the enemies introduced in Level 5, so you'll need to be smarter instead of faster. A quick note: Some of the gauntlets here will contain both types of enemies, making it harder to time your jumps. But the same general enemy-jumping strategy should be able to be applied at these points. Once you beat this level, you're headed to World 3...GraeSkayle!

Contrast Man Walkthrough, World 1
In this walkthrough, I'm going to show you how to get through World 1 (WyteBlak) of Contrast Man. So what are we waiting for? Let's go!
Level 1
This level is just a simple way to test-drive the game. If you're in a hurry, just run/jump to the right until you find the door.
Level 2
This level is quite a bit harder! While you can't die (yet), falling down means a major setback. The basic strategy for this level is to jump up onto the higher platforms without falling through the cracks. Keep on jumpin' up up and away until you get to the door!
Level 3
Finally, you can die! Quite easily too, if you're not careful. A good strategy for jumping over spikes in general is to jump over them at the last possible moment to ensure your ongoing survival. And if you look over at the screenshot to the left, you'll see that this particular spot with the spike on the end of the platform might be tricky. But really, it's not that hard. All you need to do is stay a little ways away from the spike, then press Up and Right at the same time. After you get through this area, you'll see a series of platforms going upwards and over a boxed-in door. Follow this path until the platforms become steps and continue to the right. Drop down at the end and go through the wall, and be careful about jumping onto these platforms! You should try being on the very end of the platform before jumping to the next one. Once you've done that, go through the invisible blocks to the white door you saw earlier to finish World 1 and head over to BlakWyte, AKA World 2!
